I have to agree with Godfrey .. history repeating itself.
Obviously a good dose of pork barrelling with the defeated Liberal candidate in collusion with his puppet masters. I expect it was a case of reading the conditions.
Maybe the voters of Braddon didn’t notice the terms attached to the provision of 140.5 mill.
Ms Keahy, what did Labor conditionally offer for a favourable result ?
I am certain that those were non-core promises.
They would only have materialised (and then only some of them) if the voters were suitably enamoured with Brett Whiteley to vote him back in.
Like the song goes .. “once, twice, three times a loser”.
